User Roles & Hierarchy
Define what each role can do across the CRM. Role permissions cascade — higher roles inherit lower role permissions plus additional access.
Role hierarchy: Super Admin (you, across all clients) → Client Admin → Sales Manager → Sales Rep → Read Only.
